Please wear loss and comfortable clothing we will encourage minimal dis-robing at this time.
We will be using all disposable table coverings If you like please feel free to bring your own sheet or pillow case for your comfort so you may take it with your after you treatment.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff. We will continue adhering to guidelines from local, state, and national authorities to provide the safest environment we can.
Enhanced disinfecting and general hygiene procedures will continue throughout the office.
Staff members will wear face coverings at all times and wash hands between each patient encounter.
If you or anyone in your household have experienced cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, please call or message us online to reschedule.
Patients with cold or flu-like symptoms will not be treated and should not enter our office.
If you have come into contact with anyone showing cold or flu like symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
If you have traveled outside the state of Colorado in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
Patients are required to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer when entering the office.
Patients and staff are required to wear face coverings (such as surgical masks, homemade cloth masks, bandannas, etc.) at all times.
Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to maintain social distancing between patients. You will be directed to the treatment room upon your arrival .
When avoidable, do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.
Those accompanying you may be asked to wait outside.

Current CDC guidance defines high-risk individuals as people who fall into one or more of the following categories:
