Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, dietary and lifestyle changes are used to stimulate healthy functioning of your organs, tissues, and cells, and to promote smooth energy (Qi) flow.

Botanical (herbal) Medicine and Aromatherapy: Plant-based remedies are used for their powerful healing effects, nutritional value, and general health enhancing abilities.

Clinical Nutrition: Proper nutrition is a fundamental basis for achieving and maintaining optimal health. After all, as the saying goes, you are what you eat!

An in-depth analysis of your diet and nutritional needs will assist your provider to suggest dietary improvements as well as nutritional supplements (when necessary) in order to address deficiencies, promote health, and treat disease.

Homeopathic Medicine: Based on the philosophy that "like cures like"; homeopathy uses specially prepared micro-doses of plant, animal, or mineral substances in order to stimulate the body's ability to heal itself. Homeopathy not only works on the physical sphere, but also the mental and emotional aspects of a person as well.

Hypnotherapy: The term hypnosis is derived from the Greek word hypnos, meaning sleep. Some of the hypnosis techniques used today was developed in the 1700s by a physician named Franz Anton Mesmer. Mesmer used magnets and other hypnotic techniques (hence the word mesmerized) to treat people. While Mesmer's techniques achieved a number of dramatic "cures" for blindness, paralysis, headache, and joint pain, the medical community was not convinced. They accused Mesmer of fraud and called his techniques unscientific. Since then, hypnosis has had a mixed reputation. With today's growing interest in mind-body healing, however, hypnotherapy is again becoming a popular treatment, most often for addictions, pain, anxiety disorders, and phobias.

Massage Therapy and Other Hands-on Techniques: from deep tissue release and muscle activation techniques to specialty medical massage or gentle touch therapies. Hands-on Bodywork can improve musculoskeletal problems, tension, stress, insomnia, migraines, fatigue, fertility and injuries, adding in removal of accumulated extra cellular toxins and increasing circulation to help the patient achieve an overall sense of balance and well-being.

Movement Therapies: manual physical therapy, yoga, pilates, taichi and other movement based therapies are designed for the group or individual and used in correcting structural and mechanical pain syndromes or promoting health and wellness through core stabilization, flexibility, strengthening and relaxation.

Prevention, Lifestyle Counseling and Detoxification: Lifestyle, diet, and environmental risk factors are identified and programs are created to help you develop healthy everyday habits.
